⚠️ Very Important: Poor Cell Reception
📵 Once you’re near Rattlesnake Lake, you will likely lose cell signal.
That means maps may stop working, and messages may not go through.
👉 Please review these instructions before you leave — it’ll be difficult to navigate once you’re in the area.

Once you’re on I-90 Eastbound from Seattle:
- Take Exit 32 for 436th Ave SE.
- Turn right off the exit onto 436th Ave SE.
- Continue straight — the road becomes Cedar Falls Rd SE.
- After about 3.5 miles, you’ll reach the Rattlesnake Lake area.
✅ Where to Park

There are two parking lots — and most people stop at the wrong one.
- The large oval-shaped lot you see first is the main parking area.
❌ It’s busy and farther from where we’ll meet. - The smaller lot (marked by the red pin in the image above) is what I recommend.
✅ It’s closer to the trailhead and lake, and where I’ll meet you.
How to Get to the Right Lot:
- Continue driving past the oval lot (don’t turn into it).
- Follow the road around the curve — it loops you around.
- You’ll see the smaller lot on your left after the curve.
- Park there — I’ll be nearby!
📝 Final Reminders
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early to give yourself time to park and walk.
- Bring water, snacks, and a bag to carry things needed for your shoot.
- If you’re unsure before leaving, feel free to text me with questions — just remember, you may not have signal once you’re there.
I’m Excited to See You There!
